New Forum Theme

Hi guys,

I've been working on a new theme for the forum. It's now more or less finished so you can now select it from your UCP and let me know what you think.

Goto UCP, then Board Preferences, then select Blue Stripe.

Any bugs, comments good or bad, just post them here.
